Our platform is designed to facilitate high-integrity partnerships. Users are expected to maintain professional standards when utilizing our collaborative tools. Prohibited actions include:

Unauthorized distribution of partner data.

04 Governance & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of this hub or the formation of **partnerships** via our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
